About the role: You will oversee multiple small to complex projects, ensuring excellence in scope definition, timelines, quality assurance, financial control, and stakeholder engagement, while also managing a team of project staff and contractors. Additionally, you’ll: Lead the delivery of small to medium refurbishment and major plant replacement projects. Manage all phases of project delivery: scope definition, cost planning and forecasting, scheduling, contractor engagement, and quality assurance. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Provide leadership and direction to project team members, including mentoring, performance management, and resource planning. Support strategic project planning, reporting, and communication initiatives. Are you our next Senior PM? Extensive experience in project or construction management, ideally in fit-out or refurbishment environments. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage direct reports, and drive project outcomes through effective people leadership. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
