Job Description Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and business value Develop and maintain Agile delivery plans, roadmaps, and resource profiles Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) Undertaking standard RAID analysis and establishing the project governance structure and processes. Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans. Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated. Ensure effective governance and alignment with organisational objectives Track and report progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices Align cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations Identify and address process gaps; implement improvements and compliance documentation Create and maintain key project documentation (e.g., Project Initiation Document, project plans, status reports) Monitor and control project progress to ensure delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints Report to the Project Steering Group, Sponsor, Programme Manager, and Executive stakeholders; escalate issues and initiate corrective actions as needed On-site presence required at the customer location Qualifications You will have: Essential: Overall strong Project Management capabilities, 5 -10 years Project Management experience Proven experience managing Agile projects in complex environments Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and principles Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Strong risk management and governance capabilities Experience in Business / Compliance / Process delivery. Strong working knowledge of PRINCE 2 or PMP and practical experience of same. Budget management, commercial and Customer experience. Full SDLC experience. Excellent team motivator. Experience in using standard Project Management and MS Office tools inc. MS Project, Excel, Word and Visio. Excellent command of English.
