SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Alpha Inc. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the charge on high-profile vertical construction projects across the islands. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can confidently navigate the complexity of multi-million dollar vertical builds while inspiring teams to deliver results with excellence and efficiency.
As a senior leader in the Vertical Division, you’ll manage complex ground-up commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects—from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll drive strategic execution, lead cross-functional teams, and serve as the key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and field operations. Whether it’s budget ownership, schedule integrity, or client satisfaction—you’re accountable for delivering outcomes that reflect Alpha’s high standards.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in Hawaii or other island-based project environments.
• Familiarity with software such as Procore, HCSS, or similar tools.
• Understanding of union workforce coordination or public works construction.
