  Senior Project Manager | Water & Wastewater   At HRG, we pride ourselves on being an employee-owned, nationally recognized consulting engineering, planning, and infrastructure solutions firm.    We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager | Water & Wastewater to join our team of talented professionals in Cranberry Township, PA.  As a Senior Project Manager | Water & Wastewater, you will be responsible for: * Managing environmental water/wastewater projects * Preparing project designs and reports * Preparing and administering construction contracts * Managing financial resources and project profitability * Completing project permitting requirements * Client relationship management and development activities * Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget * Providing project review, QA/QC and compliance to client specific requirements   Additional areas of responsibility may include: * Assisting with staff training * Providing recommendations to supervisor regarding staffing requirements Requirements: * Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis * Pennsylvania P.E. licensure * 10+ years' project experience involving: * Design of water distribution and treatment systems * Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes * Hydraulics * On lot systems * Environmental assessments * Minimum 5-10 years project management experience: * Ability to provide timely project deliverables * Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction * Previous experience with: * Computer modeling of water systems * Hydraulic design software * PA DEP regulations * Full knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and various engineering applications are required * Team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills * Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays (Valid US Driver’s License is required) * Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Desired Qualifications: * Previous experience with Deltek Vantagepoint * Previous marketing experience   Life at HRG   Are you a creative problem solver who wants to make a difference in people’s everyday lives?
