Responsibilities
  • Be in charge of running projects from strategy through to flawless execution
  • Draft SOWs, project budgets and timelines independently for review with senior project manager, capability lead or client lead
  • Manage execution of projects of various types and timelines simultaneously, efficiently and effectively
  • Implement processes appropriate for the project
  • Define team roles and responsibilities
  • Facilitate approval process across deliverables, departments, vendors and client
  • Ensure resources allocated properly to deliver on time and on budget
  • Regularly track scope, budget and timeline
  • Prepare and present regular status updates of all projects for review
  • Proactively flag risks with project lead and/or client lead
  • Manage program risks and develop corrective action plans to minimise current and expected project risks
  • Ensure deliverables as per the SOW are being met
  • Act as the primary contact for internal team members and outside vendors (as required)
