Description:

  • Origination & Servicing team within Cash and Transactional Banking
  • Manage multiple squads and their outcomes
  • Gold Coast based hybrid work from office and home

OTHER DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Previous Banking domain experience is a plus
  • Worked with micro services and/or User experience initiatives.
  • Passionate for DevOps, taking ownership of what we build.

Responsibilities:

  • Role model servant leadership
  • Assist the train and squads through Agile cadence and help train achieve predictability of delivery.
  • Support the train and the senior product owner to deliver using Agile delivery methods.
  • Work closely with the senior product owner to ensure customer needs are met, and customer value is maximised.
  • Manage estimating with the train and squads and assist sprint planning according to backlog prioritisation.
  • With the senior product owner, plan-ahead to identify risks, interdependencies or conflicting priorities.
  • Help the train and squads to identify alternate approaches to achieving to maximise the value of the delivery.
  • Help the train and squads to clear blockers to delivery.
  • Engage with appropriate external stakeholders to achieve the required outcomes.
  • Provide regular reporting on the progress and status of feature delivery.
  • Manage train delivery to comply with Group governance, methodologies and processes ensuring robust governance is applied.
  • Help train and squads continuously improve their performance, predictability and delivery of value
  • Ensure feature delivery and best practice standards are met through adherence to policies, controls and standards
  • Ensure timely delivery through alignment to squad and train roadmap
  • Contribute towards PI Planning including PI Planning readiness and Pre-PI and Post-PI Event
