Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager reporting to the Head of PMO Australasia. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to deliver complex business and transformation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and with successful business adoption. A key focus of the role is leading and embedding change, working across business and technology teams to plan, manage, and deliver change management activities that support stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and sustained benefits realisation. You will also support the Head of PMO in developing PMO processes, governance, and reporting across the change and transformation portfolio. The Role Lead end-to-end delivery of business and transformation initiatives, integrating project delivery and change management disciplines to ensure successful outcomes and adoption. Document and actively manage detailed project schedules that integrate with the overall project roadmap and change milestones. Adopt and adapt appropriate project and change management methodologies depending on the context of the initiative, including waterfall, agile, hybrid, and structured change frameworks. Manage project and change administration, including documentation, RAID logs, decision registers, and meeting minutes. Establish and manage effective project governance, including schedule, budget, scope, risk, dependency, change control, quality assurance, and clear reporting to Steering Committees and Senior Leadership, including progress and adoption insights. Develop and actively manage comprehensive Change Management plans, including: Stakeholder impact assessments Communication strategies Training and readiness plans Business transition and support models Ensure business readiness activities are delivered, including end-user training, communications, operational handover, and post-implementation support. Provide effective leadership to cross-functional delivery teams and recommend corrective actions where performance or outcomes deviate from agreed tolerances. Develop visual artefacts to support project delivery and change, including dashboards, organisation impact views, timelines, and adoption tracking. Support the Head of PMO in coordinating the broader change portfolio, including dependencies, sequencing, executive reporting, and prioritisation.
