As we continue to grow and adapt, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Wind to join our team for upcoming projects. ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFER We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for our Windfarm project. The ideal candidate will lead our initiatives and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex renewable energy projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with outstanding leadership skills and a deep understanding of the EPC process. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and quality targets are met. Develop and execute project plans covering scope, budget, scheduling and resourcing. Manage JV partner relationships, governance forums and commercial obligations. Drive bid strategy, tender reviews, risk assessments and client engagement. Oversee project setup, procurement, reporting and contract administration. Work collaboratively with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure successful delivery. Monitor progress, mitigate risks early and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and regulatory bodies. Provide leadership, coaching and direction to project teams. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full HSE compliance. Your skills and experience: Demonstrated experience delivering Windfarm EPC projects end‑to‑end. Engineering qualification with strong senior project leadership. Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, cost control, reporting, and contract management. Experience in estimation, planning, and project costing. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient across MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Please note that relevant screening checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
