• Lead and manage a high-profile project from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives & deliverables
• Utilise your industry expertise to provide strategic guidance and technical insights throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations & vendor management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution

You Will Have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent), with additional Project Management qualification highly regarded.
• Able to work on-site at Portland, VIC (based locally or willing to relocate).
• Extensive end-to-end project management experience delivering complex CAPEX works in heavy industry and brownfields environments.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of projects - meeting cost, schedule, quality, and safety targets in a live operational environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability, with the credibility to influence senior leaders, contractors, and cross-functional teams and drive clear decisions.
• Working knowledge of project controls and governance (planning/scheduling, cost control, risk management, reporting), and experience managing procurement, contracts, and vendors.
