We are looking for a (Senior) Project Manager with a main responsibility of managing Equipment delivery projects globally. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

• More than 5 years Project Management experience
• Previous experience from similar field of work
• Experience of leading a team in matrix or directly
• Excellent skills in English (both written and spoken)
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering (or similar)

As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from start of execution through to the end of the warranty period. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring world-class project management, prioritizing customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, managing project finances, mitigating risks, and maintaining overall Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards. You will lead a project team within a matrix organization, ensuring adherence to the Company’s Order to Delivery Process and Management Governance Model.
