SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS * 3 (PUBLIC SECTOR ONLY)

On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking Three (3) Senior Project Managers * 3 (Public Sector Only).

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Implementation project to ensure the work meets key business objectives and is completed on time within budget;
• Manage team of ICBC employees/contractors;
• Manage project scope in collaboration with business stakeholders;
• Create project plans, project schedules, budgets, etc. and monitor against targets; produce variance reporting and explanations
• Actively manage project risks and issues, identify/initiate corrective action where required; conduct monthly risk assessments and report on risks and issues;
• Maintain progress measures and deliver status reporting;
• Ensure maximum efficiency in allocation of skills and resources within the project; maintain resource plans and forecasts for the project;
• Work collaboratively with the extended project team and key stakeholders
• Liaise and ensure adequate communication with project sponsors, business, stakeholders and the project team
• Manage dependencies between assigned project and other projects in the organization
