Description

Lead the successful delivery of complex projects, programs and workstreams across ICT, non-ICT, business transformation and operational capability initiatives.
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, establish delivery approaches and drive outcomes aligned to strategic priorities.
Lead or support project governance, planning, scheduling, financial management, reporting, risk and issue management, assurance and delivery oversight activities.
Build and maintain productive relationships with executives, business owners, delivery teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
Lead multidisciplinary teams in both agile and plan-driven delivery environments.
Monitor project performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and implement effective mitigation and improvement strategies.
Provide leadership, advice and recommendations to support effective decision-making by senior stakeholders.
Develop and deliver high-quality project reporting, presentations, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
Support organisational change and adoption activities to maximise the successful implementation of project outcomes.
