Description

Own client engagements from sales handover through delivery, hypercare and handover – as a partner, not jsut a project lead.
Lead delivery commercially, managing scope, governance, budgets, risks and change control – not just workshops and configuration.
Build trusted client relationships and confidently navigate conversations around scope, timelines, budget and delivery risks.
Run trade-off conversations when clients request additional scope by clarifying the impact on time, cost and quality, presenting practical options and guiding the client towards an agreed recommendation.
Escalate risks early with clear evidence before they become delivery issues - and know when to hold the line, escalate, or accept a call with conditions.
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and prioritise your time effectively.
Support presales activities, including product demonstrations and solution discussions.
Contribute to the ongoing growth and direction of Sensei.
