• relevant tertiary qualification, or a combination of qualifications and substantial relevant experience
• a recognised project management qualification or equivalent experience
• demonstrated ability and experience in managing workflows, apply project management methodologies, and consistently meet deadlines
• strong coordination skills in supporting administrative processes related to all aspects of the the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) curriculum
• experience working within the higher education sector, ideally with exposure to curriculum and professional clinical education environments.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• lead end-to-end educational project management, including the Schools DVM curriculum review
• coordinate administrative outcomes for the review and implementation of the DVM curriculum
• provide curriculum support and maintenance to academic staff
• support the integration of new curricular requirements into Faculty and University core business
• effectively engage with stakeholders and manage relationships at Faculty and University levels
• deliver a high-standard secretariat support provision for relevant committees
• manage and support provision of information for mandatory accreditation reporting relating to the DVM program
