The Victorian Child Information Sharing Division sits within Early Childhood Education group. The division leads Victoria’s Child Information Sharing reforms, including the Child Information Sharing Scheme and Child Link, to promote child wellbeing and safety. The division contributes to implementation and change management activities for the early childhood system reforms, including measuring attendance of children at kindergarten to support the roll-out of the Best Start, Best Life Reforms.
The Senior Service Delivery Advisor (Senior Project Officer) is responsible for supporting support services for the implementation of the Victorian Government’s Child Information Sharing Reforms, with a particular focus on advice and support for professionals.
To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills, communication skills, project management experience, sector support experience, as well as experience working in a customer service focused role. These will have been demonstrated through preparing a range of project and contract documentation, preparing briefings and documentation to support professionals to understand and implement reforms.
An understanding of the Information Sharing and MARAM reforms and Child Link, is also highly relevant.

The position will also work collaboratively across teams in the CIS Practice and Support Branch and with teams in other Branches in the Victorian Child Information Sharing Division and the broader Department to ensure work is aligned and to create a positive and productive work culture.
