1. Develop, implement and administer an effective Crown Land Estate management program which balances community
   and Government expectations for the level of maintenance, cleanliness and accessibility of Crown land within budgetary,
   political and environmental constraints.
2. Provide policy and procedural advice to senior management, the Minister, other government agencies and the public
   regarding the management and maintenance of vacant Crown land in the Southern region.
3. Manage the preparation and letting of contracts and tenders for Crown land maintenance. Oversee the allocation of
   works to and management of contractors and review their performance.
4. Assist the Crown Land Estate team in the management of Crown leases and other Crown lands projects as required in
   accordance with the Crown Lands Act 1992.
