Shape the establishment and expansion of Early Learning Victoria and expansion and delivery of the first ever Victorian Government owned and operated Early Learning and Childcare Centres.

Responsibilities
  • Working as part of a collaborative team, management and coordination of the programs establishment activities with a focus on infrastructure delivery, consistent with DE’s Project Management Framework, policies and procedures, and procurement policies.
  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of ELC establishment activities with a focus on infrastructure delivery.
  • Identifying and utilising appropriate project planning methods. Identifying and mapping the scope of a project to deliver business needs. Risk and issues management
  • Support with the day-to-day facility management operations working closely with centre directors, including reactive and planned maintenance activities.
  • Support the development and implement policies, procedures, and standards for facility and asset management that comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and manage risks associated with facilities and assets.
  • Support the management of procurement activities and budgets for facility and asset management, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial controls.
