Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

An fantastic opportunity is available at the Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) for a passionate and driven professional to lead, design and deliver meaningful projects that help improve housing outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across NSW.
You’ll be part of a committed team dedicated to improving access to safe, affordable and quality housing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the design and delivery of projects that support business outcomes and client needs, using established project management methodologies to achieve high-quality results.
  • Manage resources and budgets to ensure key project milestones are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Prepare clear and timely reports, budgets and communications to keep senior managers and stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate across AHO and DCJ Divisions along with non-government stakeholders to ensure alignment between planning, service design, policy implementation and project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, providing guidance and support to project team members to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
