Senior Project Officer   Location – Parramatta with 50% hybrid WFH Employment type – Ongoing, Full-time position Salary – Clerk Grade 9/10 $129,464 - $ $142,665 pa plus employers’ contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading   Your role   Homes NSW is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Officer to join the Tenant Satisfaction and Feedback team within the Maintenance Solutions Division.   This leadership role is responsible for driving strategic planning, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring efficient service delivery within the agency through the oversight of daily operations and team performance.   As the Senior Project Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring escalated complaints, Ministerials and client feedback regarding maintenance services are managed professionally, efficiently and within agreed timeframes.   What you’ll do   Oversee the triage, investigation and resolution of complaints and feedback matters relating to maintenance service provision. Provide input & coordination to evidence-based expert advice and reporting to support informed business decisions. Support and mentor team members to foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture. Manage resources, budgets, assets, projects and staffing to maximise achievement of goals and business objectives.   Provide advice and support to project team members to support and facilitate effective project and work delivery consistent with the strategic direction of the organisation. Provide advice and support to staff on policies and procedures that impact on the operation of the business area. Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
