Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role provides oversight of DFV Connect, a client and case management system used by frontline domestic and family violence support services. The role will manage DFV Connect-related projects and business-as-usual activities, such as minor changes and bug fixes (in partnership with the relevant IT vendor), training, troubleshooting and other user support, and liaison with other agencies as needed.
The role also provides oversight of WDVCAP Unit training and change management activities, including managing the annual face-to-face forums for Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service (WDVCAS) and Family Advocacy and Support Service (FASS) staff and the development of training materials and microsite resources.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

You must:

  • be willing to do a Criminal Record Check and/or Working with Children Check
  • hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
