Job Description The Senior Planner will support the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project in Tuas, Singapore, a major multi-disciplinary infrastructure programme. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules and supporting planning and progress tracking across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, working across multiple engineering disciplines. The role sits within the project planning and controls team and coordinates closely with the Civil and Waste-to-Energy engineering design teams, as well as risk, cost/change, permitting, and traffic engineering functions. This is a full-time, project-based role within a Joint Venture entity, supporting this IWMF project with a project duration of approximately 8 years. Qualifications Develop, maintain, and update the integrated master schedule covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases. Support programme integration across multiple disciplines including civil & structural, geotechnical, architectural, building services (MEP), and waste-to-energy process systems. Support programme-level planning, progress tracking, and reporting activities. Monitor progress against baseline schedule and identify key delays, risks, and critical path impacts. Perform schedule analysis including critical path review, float assessment, and scenario (“what-if”) planning. Support coordination of interfaces between contract packages, disciplines, and construction areas. Assist in development of recovery plans and mitigation strategies where required. Contribute to regular planning reports, dashboards, and programme updates for management review. Additional Information Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. 8–10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure, industrial, or complex building projects. Experience in large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects (e.g. waste-to-energy, process plants, oil & gas, or mega infrastructure) preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential). Good understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery processes. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret schedule data and identify issues. Experience working in multi-stakeholder and interface-heavy environments. Good communication and coordination skills.
