What You'll Do

As a Senior Project & Program Manager, you will lead complex ServiceNow implementation programs for large enterprise customers across the DACH region and broader EMEA market.

You will:

• Lead enterprise ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across customer, consulting, and technical teams
• Drive project planning, governance, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities
• Facilitate steering committees, executive reviews, and customer governance meetings
• Manage project budgets, risks, timelines, dependencies, and quality expectations
• Serve as the primary delivery leader for customer stakeholders
• Lead geographically distributed project teams across multiple countries and time zones
• Coach consultants and junior project managers
• Contribute to delivery standards, methodologies, and organizational development

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• Experience leading customer-facing software implementation or transformation projects
• Experience working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple workstreams or complex project environments
• Fluent German and English
