Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic oversight with hands-on Agile leadership in a fast-paced, product-led technology environment. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations, and senior stakeholders to drive initiatives that deliver real impact—while helping myPOS mature its delivery operating model, Agile practices, and portfolio visibility.

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Agile Leadership – Proven track record of leading Agile delivery initiatives at scale (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or hybrid), with deep understanding of Agile principles and servant leadership.
  • Programme Ownership – Experience delivering multi-workstream programmes in dynamic product or tech environments.
  • PMO Acumen – Strong familiarity with PMO governance, reporting, prioritisation frameworks, and risk management practices.
  • Communication & Gravitas – Able to influence across levels, manage conflict, and present with confidence to senior stakeholders.
  • Tools Proficiency – Highly comfortable with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello), planning software (Smartsheet, Excel), and reporting dashboards.
  • Delivery Mindset – You drive clarity, accountability, and results—even in ambiguity.
  • 5+ years in project/programme management, ideally in Agile tech/product-led organisations.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
