READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR CAREER?

We’re seeking a motivated, high-energy, and experienced Senior Project Setup Analyst to join our virtual Controller Shared Services (CSS) team. In this role, you’ll support the Project Setup team in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The selected candidate will interact with various departments throughout the organization and play a key role in the compliance of the company. The Project Setup Analyst position requires excellent communication and a willingness to learn Government Contracting. While our primary hiring focus is in Arizona, Tennessee, Alabama, and Virginia, we are open to considering candidates from other locations based on qualifications and fit for the role.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma with a minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in applicable Project Control, Accounts Receivables, Contracts, or Project Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills
  • US Citizen
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Oracle products including Oracle Analytics or SQL Developer
  • Experience in Deltek Costpoint or other ERP platforms
Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 to $59,000, determined by your experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and location. We’re committed to providing competitive pay that reflects the value you bring to our team.
At Leidos, we don’t want someone who “fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.”
If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project structures in response to contract modifications or internal requests, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Set up labor categories, billing rates, and ceilings in the Costpoint system.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of project data across accounting systems to prevent audit issues.
  • Handle indirect project structure updates (e.g., Overhead, B&P, IR&D, G&A, etc.)
  • Generate and route Initialization Reports through the workflow system as required by policy.
  • Other tasks and projects as deemed required by management
