Role description: The Project Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery and performance management of multiple frameworks that may include SERAPIS/ASTRID/DIPs/etc. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, robust project control, and end-to-end lifecycle management to ensure effective delivery aligned with organisational objectives. Core Duties: Manage and support the delivery of multiple framework agreements Lead and coordinate regular Project Performance Reviews, providing clear insights on progress, risks, and opportunities for SERAPIS and DIPs. Project Manage agreed ASTRID tasks from the cradle to grave ensuring outputs meet quality and contractual requirements and input into ASTRID Project Performance Reviews. Monitor and report on project performance to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Support the full lifecycle of frameworks, from initiation through to completion (cradle to grave), including planning, execution, and close-out activities. Engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, building strong relationships to enable effective delivery and continuous improvement. Essential skills: Application of related PM Competencies will be expected at this level Degree, or a substantial amount of practical knowledge gained through experience PM Qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification. Experience of building relationships and negotiating outcomes with internal stakeholders Stakeholder engagement and understanding what information is required for Head of Frameworks to make decisions The Head of Frameworks Team: You will work within a collaborative project delivery team, managing a small project, a defined work package, or supporting a Project Manager on larger initiatives.
