Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Surveyor to join our growing Masterplanning costing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of large-scale developments with a focus on early-stage planning, asset evaluation, and infrastructure strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of early-stage cost estimates for complex masterplans, incorporating infrastructure, utilities, and asset mix considerations.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess cost implications across land use, development phasing, and infrastructure strategy.
  • Liaise with utility providers and technical consultants to validate assumptions and refine cost inputs.
  • Assist in the development of cost models and benchmarking databases to support regional projects.
  • Contribute to digital delivery through the use of cost software tools (e.g., CostX, Candy, Excel-based models, or Power BI) – certain training can be provided.
