Job Description Desired Skills Specialized in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services, ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality projects. Experience in working within a team of professionals delivering post-contract cost management and consultancy. Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in measurement, assessment and agreement of variations, payment certificates, final account, cost reporting. Adheres to quality control requirements and ensures all procedures are complied with. Assist in benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting. Ability to assist in the production and delivery of a variety of deliverables across all Funder Advisory services. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or other Construction related field.
