The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management and delivery
• Experience in the supply chain sector will be an advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Able to work well within a team and independently
• Comfortable to work in a warehouse setting

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Projects Executive to lead and drive key operational improvement initiatives within our warehouse setup. This role will focus on enhancing productivity, driving cost-saving projects, and supporting the expansion of our fulfillment capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience in logistics or supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Data-Driven Initiatives: Spearhead warehouse process optimisation, productivity enhancements, and expansion projects by leveraging data insights and analytics
Project Management: Develop, execute, and monitor project plans to achieve objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Promote best practices in project planning, execution, and post-implementation review
KPI Design and Implementation: Design, adjust, and track KPIs and incentive schemes to optimise operational efficiency, achieving measurable improvements in productivity and cost reduction
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local and regional stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and overcoming operational bottlenecks
