  • Experience in MEP in swimming pools and water features in UAE
  • Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Immediate joiners would be preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of water features, swimming pools, Jacuzzi’s, splash pads, and related installations.
  • Review and ensure the feasibility of designs in compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct and lead technical discussions with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government authorities.
  • Develop detailed project plans and resource schedules, including materials, manpower, and machinery.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and client correspondence.
  • Oversee material submittals and obtain necessary approvals from consultants and clients.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and prepare technical specifications for procurement.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with materials, manpower, and equipment.
  • Implement value engineering strategies to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure quality and productivity are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
  • Manage all communications with clients to ensure transparency, satisfaction, and alignment.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Present regular progress reports and updates in weekly coordination meetings.
