Description

For our Bad Dürkheim location, we are seeking an experienced and strong leader to fill the role of Senior Project Manager (m/f/d).

In this position, you will support the operational management of our client, British American Tobacco, in the areas of compliance checks, planogramming, and conversions. You will be responsible for the planning, costing, implementation, and quality assurance of ongoing projects and, together with the on-site team, ensure reliable, timely, and high-quality service delivery.

The role is clearly operationally focused, while also offering leadership responsibilities, creative freedom, and significant relevance to the client's continued development.

Your tasks

Operational responsibility for projects and measures in the area of compliance checks, planogramming and conversion
Supporting the department head in managing a central client mandate and the operational development of the site.
Planning, costing, coordination and follow-up of projects according to customer specifications
Managing schedules, capacities, resources, and budgets
Leadership, guidance and prioritization of the team on site
Ensuring high-quality, economical and timely implementation of all commissioned services
Close coordination with internal interfaces and direct exchange with the customer on operational topics
Identification of optimization potential in processes, procedures and project management
Escalation management in case of deviations in quality, timing or implementation
Support with reporting, project controlling and operational performance management

Your profile

Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the areas of field operations, retail, POS, renovations, merchandising or comparable operational service structures.
Experience in managing complex projects with high quality and timing requirements.
Initial or substantial leadership experience in managing teams
Strong implementation skills, commitment and a hands-on mentality
Strong organizational skills and a good understanding of business principles.
Confident demeanor towards customers and internal stakeholders
Structured, solution-oriented and resilient work style
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
