Your primary duties will include ensuring the timely and accurate payment of rents and other charges due under various lease agreements, as well as maintaining the integrity of the Property Database. This involves regularly updating lease records, verifying financial transactions, and ensuring that all data related to property holdings, tenant obligations, and lease terms is complete, accurate, and current. You will work closely with internal departments such as finance and legal, as well as external stakeholders including landlords, tenants, and managing agents, to resolve discrepancies, clarify lease terms, and support compliance with contractual obligations. The role demands strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of property management processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a senior member of the team, you may also provide guidance to junior colleagues and contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
