We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Consultant to help clients in making wise property investment choices also accurately update clients on market conditions and trends. In order to excel as a Senior Property Consultant, it is essential to be proactive and stay up-to-date on current property law advances. Senior Property Consultant must negotiate and manage the, sales, and acquisition of properties from initial inquiry to final contract, and updating the CRM with inquiries and negotiations. To collaborate with our sales team to provide a seamless service.

Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials
Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws.
Managing a large collection of properties available for purchase.
Creating plans to enhance the company’s worth for potential buyers.
Negotiating with real estate agents for clients.
