Role Overview As a Senior Real Estate Agent, you will leverage your industry expertise and established network to drive business growth, manage high-value client relationships, and deliver exceptional results across Dubai's dynamic real estate market. You will play a key role in representing the Driven brand while mentoring less experienced consultants and contributing to the continued success of your team. Proven track record in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UAE real estate market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a client-focused approach. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the secondary market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Real estate certification or relevant industry qualifications are advantageous. Fluency in English is required; additional languages, including Arabic, are a plus. A valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating business independently. Up to 70% commission payable, uncapped. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly rewards for top performers.
