We are currently looking for Senior Property Consultants to lead from the front and drive growth in both sales and leasing.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be expected to independently handle clients, close high-value deals, and mentor junior agents when needed. This is a commission-only role with a flat 65% commission – no hidden costs, no splits, just a clear path to maximizing your income based on performance.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals in sales and/or leasing.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary sectors.
  • UAE driving license and car preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for property and client service.
Responsibilities
  • Independently manage property sales and leasing transactions across Dubai.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-net-worth clients and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and final deal closures.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on current market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, and real estate stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team growth by supporting and guiding junior agents when required.
  • Maintain complete transaction records and ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
