JOB SUMMARY:

As a Senior Property Consultant at Metropolitan Capital Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales and acquisitions in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic real estate market. You will leverage your deep market knowledge, client network, and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional service and results to both investors and end-users.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (if applicable).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate trends, regulations, and new developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
