• Real estate license (if applicable).

• Promote and sell off-plan properties, focusing on high-potential projects in the region.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients, providing them with information on new and upcoming projects.
• Present detailed information on floor plans, payment schedules, amenities, and construction timelines.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship management.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to build strong, long-term relationships.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and property developments.
