Are you a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record in secondary market sales across the UAE? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be driven, well-connected, and ready to close deals with confidence and professionalism.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience in UAE secondary real estate market (ready properties).
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for real estate.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • List and sell residential and commercial properties in the secondary market (ready properties).
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct market research and comparative market analysis.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties.
  • Coordinate property viewings and negotiations.
