Waterfords specialises in all aspects of Estate Agency and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic experienced Property Consultant to join our team.
This permanent position of a Senior Negotiator is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in property and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
You will work closely with the team to assist with the daily tasks and objectives set and helping the team to achieve agreed targets.

Senior Negotiator - Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of a great customer experience
  • Tenaciously seeking and creating new business.
  • Conducting viewings and securing sales
  • Progression of the sale
  • Ensure all cross-selling opportunities are achieved.
  • Uphold and maintain company and industry standards.

Senior Negotiator - Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Estate Agency
  • Proficient in all Microsoft programmes
  • Excellent sales skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Hunger to succeed.
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Self-motivated and determined to achieve results against agreed performance indicators.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
