The Property Management Division has seen great growth and we are looking for the right person to continue delivering first class service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

NRG Realty Group is looking for a Senior Property Manager to fully oversee the operation of a commercial property portfolio within the Asset Management Division of NRG. This role requires a high level of independence, accountability, and operational acumen, with a clear focus on performance, compliance, and customer service.
The successful candidate will be entrusted with the end-to-end management of an Industrial, Retail, and Office Portfolio. This role is an exciting opportunity for the right person to grow into the Director of Property Management as the Portfolio continues to expand. The Senior Property Manager will report to the Director of Asset Management. There will be frequent travel to properties under management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 4+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility
  • Experience managing assets across all classes (single tenant and multi-tenant) preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Experience interacting with clients, vendors, teammates, and management
  • Ability to travel frequently to properties under management
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, MS Teams
  • Strong Proficiency with Yardi
  • Detail oriented
  • Analytical
  • CPM, RPA designation (or in progress) preferred

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of a commercial property portfolio, including office, retail, and industrial assets.
  • Take full responsibility for financial forecasting including annual budgets and EOY NNN Reconciliations
  • Oversee lease administration, rent collection, arrears management, and tenant communication.
  • Ensure all tenant and landlord insurance obligations are up to date and compliant.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, building services, contractor performance, and capital works programs.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory and risk management requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and asset value enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
  • Travel to properties under management.
