REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in property management is essential; experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software; experience with SME (or willingness to learn) is advantageous.
  • Sound understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
