The Sodexo team are seeking a Senior Property Management specialist to join our team as a Senior Property Manager in Gove Northern Territory.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current NT real estate registration certificate (mandatory)
• Certificate IV Property Management (mandatory)
• Current AUS driver’s license

Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will be our property subject matter expert accountable for ensuring that Sodexo provides an effective and efficient property management service on behalf of our client for our residential and commercial leases.
You will be accountable for the management of tenancy agreements, delivery of reporting to the client and regulatory bodies related to tenancy and lease management and will be a central point of contact for tenants to facilitate providing cost effective and efficient management of properties within the portfolio.
This role may be considered Full-time Monday to Friday 5:2 Roster (Local Gove) OR Fly in Fly out from Darwin 14:7 Roster.
