ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Sodexo’ as a Senior Property Manager based in Darwin, NT. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and leased to maximise returns. In this strategic position, you will play a key part in supporting Sodexo’s growth and expansion in the commercial property sector.
This role offers a generous Salary, Relocation Allowance and supplied local housing.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail and industrial spaces
  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns
  • Liaise with clients, tenants and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reporting and key performance indicators
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
  • Ensure properties are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on all property-related matters
