Position Overview: The Senior Property Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing residential property management operations, ensuring smooth communication between property owners, tenants, and internal teams.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple aspects of property management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring clear, professional communication.
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless operations and tenant satisfaction.
Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, working closely with the leasing coordinator.
Manage tenant delinquencies and eviction processes.
Ensure property licenses and lead certificates are up to date, coordinating with administrative staff.
Supervise the turnover (make-ready) process to ensure properties are market-ready efficiently.
Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in residential property management.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical topics such as financial statements and property repairs.
Experience using residential property management software (preference for Appfolio).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience using Lead Simple for process automation and client communication.
