The Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of our growing portfolio and:
· Oversee commercial, residential, and condominium properties within our portfolio.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, condo boards, and vendors.
· Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs while managing contractors and service providers.
· Prepare budgets, manage reserve funds, and provide financial reporting.
· Support condo corporations and ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, 1998.

· Drive operational excellence while ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.

What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years of experience in property management (commercial and/or residential).
· Willingness to obtain an Ontario Condominium Manager Licence (OLCM) if not already licensed.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication skills to manage tenants, owners, and condo boards effectively.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software.

· A solid understanding of real estate, property law, budgets, and reserve planning.
