Senior Property Manager – Manchester City Centre
£35,000 - £40,000 salary
One Property Recruitment are seeking a Senior Property Manager in Manchester for a highly reputable asset management company looking to expand. Our client has ownership of their own developments meaning that you will only ever deal with 1 landlord for across all properties within your portfolio. They have developed a high-end scheme which supports their staff with any training and qualifications (ARLA) that support career progression. In this position you will be managing your own portfolio of residential properties alongside helping to mentor/answer questions to junior property manager’s who require assistance.
My client has clear expectations with this role which are outlined below:
· Managing a residential portfolio across the NorthWest
· Conducting property inspections
· Provide excellent customer service to tenants
· Liaiseing efficiently with other departments within the business
· Issuing notices when needed in line with industry legislation
Salary/benefits:
· £35,000 - £40,000
· Private healthcare
· 9-5:30 Mon-Fri, no weekend work
· 25 days + bank holidays
· ARLA qualification sponosrship
In this position, you will be hands on with property inspections which are conducted once or twice per year and inventories will be outsourced. We’re looking for individuals that like being hands on with all aspects of property management and that can help mentor less experienced individuals. We will be holding initial chats with indivuals who have the following:
· 4 years property management expereince
· Full UK Driving Licnese
· Great customer service skills
· ARLA qualifications (preferred)
