THE ROLE

Southern Housing is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager – Projects on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be entrusted with a designated portfolio of properties where you’ll address historical matters, ensuring that every detail - from contractual compliance and financial integrity to the genuine concerns of homeowners - is meticulously managed. You won’t just be overseeing properties, you’ll also lead strategic project work to keep the team current with evolving legislation and best practices. By coaching trainee property managers, you’ll help shape the next generation of professionals, all while vigilantly protecting and maximising Southern Housing’s income, mitigating risks, and resolving complaints with first-class customer service.
This role demands the flexibility to operate on evenings, weekends, and various geographic locations to meet customer and business needs, reflecting our commitment to excellence and responsiveness in every aspect of property management.
