This position will also work with the Deputy Director to carry out the agency policies and procedures in accordance with applicable rules and regulations established by HUD, Regulatory Agreements, Maine Housing, IRS regulations for the LIHTC program and other pertinent loan or regulatory documents and contracts negotiated by South Portland Housing Authority. Requirements This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3 - 5 years of proven success in the field of housing or property management along with 2-3 prior years in a supervisory role. Certified Occupancy Specialist and LIHTC Certification required: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven skills to coach, collaborate and influence staff. Have the ability to develop, prepare and present financial reports and analyses and be organized with attention to detail, meet deadlines and work with frequent interruption. $37.31-$52.23 per hour commensurate with experience and qualifications.
