Responsibilities Assist in overseeing one of the residential properties managed by the Corporation Monitor, supervise and motivate property management staff and service contractors, including security guards, clubhouse staff and cleaners, and enforce the House Rules and the Deeds of Mutual Covenant Handle enquiries and complaints from residents, prepare annual budgets, organise and attend meetings of the Owners' Committees Requirements Degree in a related discipline or a membership of a recognised professional qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience; OR Higher Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level Posssession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with residents, the Owners' Committees and the public Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as hands-on experience in various software applications Experience in managing high-end and large residential complex is an advantage Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
