QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in Building/Estate/Property Management or Engineering with minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in property management.

SKILLS

  • Service-oriented with good communication skills and have a keen eye for details.
  • Good technical knowledge in building services.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidates with min 2 years experience in facility / operation / property management has added advantage.
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

  • Provide effective and efficient liaison channels with tenants during their lease term in the commercial spaces in MRT stations.
  • Provide immediate assistance to tenants on handover and takeover of commercial spaces.
  • Provide corrective, preventive or improvement advise to enhance the operation of the commercial spaces.
  • To ensure tenants observe and comply to SMRT and authorities’ rules and guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to tenant feedback / enquiries.
  • Ensure leased premises are handover and takeover by stipulated timeline.
  • Ensure tenants’ day to day operation in purview MRT stations complies to safety and security requirements.
  • Liaise with SMRT stakeholders and authorities on permit application and site inspection.
  • Conduct inspection in commercial space to ensure tenant comply with statutory guidelines with reference to safety and security standard.
  • Manage and ensure tenancy fitting out, reinstatement works, and maintenance works are conducted appropriately and complete by stipulated timeline.
  • Attend and manage fault reports on ACMV, plumbing and sanitary, fire protection, matters promptly in tenancy premises.
  • Correspond and liaise on operational work arrangement and co-ordination to meet requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare, update, and submit operational activities progress reports.
  • Assist Manager to prepare details scope of works and conduct site show round for tenderers.
  • Educate and align APO in respect to safety and management direction.
  • Other tasks as and when assigned.
