Location: Manchester
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)
Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission

Responsibilities

This is not your average estate agency job. You’ll be:

  • Building strong relationships with your vendors — you’ll be their go-to sales expert
  • Qualifying buyers and matching them to the right investment properties
  • Highlighting key investment features that generate yield and growth
  • Negotiating deals that work for everyone (and get you paid!)
  • Working as part of a fast-moving, supportive and fun team that’s all about results

Full training is provided, and we’ll help you become an expert in property investment sales — whether you’re from a lettings, sales, or other sales background.
